1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LALIE.AI and related services, features and content (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is operated by Luna Trust Technologies LLC (“LALIE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use LALIE.

2. Eligibility — Adults Only

LALIE is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older.

By accessing or using the Service, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms;
• Your use of the Service is lawful where you are located;
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used by a person under 18.

3. The LALIE Service

LALIE is an AI-powered companion and entertainment platform. Depending on availability and your account, the Service may include:

• AI-powered text conversations;
• Different companion personalities and conversation styles;
• Conversation continuity and personalization;
• Gifts and interactive companion features;
• AI-generated Selfie features;
• AI-generated or AI-powered Video features;
• AI-powered Voice interactions;
• Account and profile functionality;
• Paid or token-based features where offered.

Features may change, evolve, be added or removed as the Service develops.

4. AI Companions

AI-generated responses may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected or inconsistent.

You should not rely on a LALIE companion for factual information where accuracy is important without independently verifying that information.

Not professional advice

LALIE is designed for companionship, conversation, creativity and entertainment.

The Service is not a substitute for medical, mental health, psychological, legal, financial, emergency or other professional services.

AI companions may respond in an empathetic or supportive style, but such responses do not constitute professional care, diagnosis, treatment or advice.

Not an emergency service

LALIE is not designed or equipped to provide emergency services. If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services or a qualified professional in your location.

5. Accounts & Security

Certain features may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information;
• Keeping your login credentials confidential;
• Using reasonable measures to protect your account;
• Activity occurring through your account where permitted by law.

You may not sell, transfer, rent or provide unauthorized access to your LALIE account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use LALIE only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not use the Service to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations;
• Attempt to exploit, hack, disrupt or damage the Service;
• Bypass security, access controls or usage restrictions;
• Access another person's account without authorization;
• Distribute malware or malicious code;
• Conduct fraud, scams, impersonation or deceptive activity;
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload the Service;
• Reverse engineer protected portions of the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• Use the Service to facilitate serious unlawful harm;
• Create or request sexual content involving minors or persons represented as minors;
• Upload or distribute content that unlawfully infringes another person's rights.

We may use technical and safety measures designed to detect or restrict prohibited uses of the Service.

7. Your Content

You may be able to submit messages, prompts, images, audio or other materials through the Service (“User Content”).

You retain any rights you have in your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant LALIE a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and provide the Service and the features you request, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide any content you submit to LALIE.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service may generate text, images, audio, video or other material in response to your interactions (“Generated Content”).

Because artificial intelligence can generate similar or overlapping results for different users, Generated Content may not always be unique.

You are responsible for determining whether your intended use of Generated Content is appropriate and lawful.

We do not guarantee that Generated Content will be accurate, complete, error-free, original or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Purchases, Tokens & Payments

Certain LALIE features may require payment, tokens, credits, a subscription or another form of paid access.

Prices and the amount of access or digital value associated with a purchase will be displayed before the applicable transaction is completed.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and may also be subject to their terms.

Digital features and tokens

Tokens, credits or similar digital balances offered through LALIE are intended solely for use within the Service unless we expressly state otherwise.

They are not legal tender, bank deposits or cryptocurrency and have no cash value outside LALIE.

Refunds

Refund eligibility may depend on the type of purchase, whether digital services or content have already been provided, applicable law and the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

10. Service Availability

We work to keep LALIE available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, third-party outages, security measures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, improve or protect the Service.

11. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content and rights belonging to third parties, the LALIE Service, including its branding, design, software, interface, original site content and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to Luna Trust Technologies LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of LALIE's trademarks, software or proprietary technology to you.

12. Third-Party Services

LALIE may depend on or integrate with third-party providers for services such as hosting, AI processing, payments, email, analytics, security, audio, image or video processing.

Third-party products and services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services that we do not control.

13. Suspension & Termination

You may stop using LALIE at any time.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including if:

• You materially violate these Terms;
• Your use creates a security or legal risk;
• We reasonably suspect fraud or abusive activity;
• You attempt to bypass safety or technical restrictions;
• We are legally required to do so;
• Continued access could materially harm LALIE, its users or third parties.

Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will always be available or uninterrupted;
• AI responses will always be accurate or appropriate;
• Generated Content will be unique;
• Every feature will operate without errors;
• The Service will meet every user's individual expectations.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luna Trust Technologies LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service.

This may include loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption or other intangible losses, where such limitations are legally permitted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your material violation of these Terms or your infringement of another person's rights.

This provision does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as LALIE evolves or when legal, technical or operational requirements change.

The date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last updated.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice before material changes take effect.

18. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with policies expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement between you and Luna Trust Technologies LLC regarding your use of LALIE.

Mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
