LALIE provides AI-powered companion experiences and related features including text conversations, AI-generated content, Gifts, Selfie, Video and Voice features, account functionality, and other interactive services.

The information we collect depends on how you use LALIE and which features you choose to access.

Account information

Conversation and interaction data

When you interact with a LALIE AI companion, we may process information you submit or generate through the service, including:

• Companion preferences and selected personalities;
• Feature activity, including Gifts, Selfie, Video and Voice interactions.

Images, audio and other content

If you choose to submit, upload, record, or otherwise provide images, audio, prompts, or other content through supported features, that content may be processed as necessary to provide the requested feature.

Technical information

When you access LALIE, we or our service providers may automatically receive certain technical information, including:

• IP address;
• Device and browser type;
• Operating system;
• Approximate location derived from IP address;
• Pages visited and feature usage;
• Dates, times and duration of activity;
• Error, security and diagnostic information.

Payment information

If paid features are offered, payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. We may receive transaction information such as payment status, transaction amount, subscription or purchase details and related identifiers.

Full payment card information may be handled directly by the applicable payment provider rather than by LALIE.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information collected through LALIE to:

• Provide and operate the LALIE service;
• Create and manage user accounts;
• Maintain conversation continuity and companion preferences;
• Generate requested AI responses and content;
• Provide Selfie, Video, Voice, Gifts and related features;
• Process purchases and account transactions;

• Detect fraud, abuse, security threats and prohibited activity;
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve reliability;
• Understand how features are used;
• Communicate with users about accounts or service-related matters;

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, our bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations, depending on the circumstances.

4. AI Features & Content

LALIE companions are artificial intelligence characters. Information you provide through conversations or content features may be processed by automated systems in order to generate responses, images, audio, video or other requested experiences.

Depending on the feature, information may also be processed through third-party infrastructure or AI service providers that assist us in operating the service.

LALIE companions are not human beings and should not be treated as confidential professional advisors.

5. How Information May Be Shared

We do not need to publicly sell your private conversations in order to operate LALIE. However, information may be disclosed or made available in limited circumstances necessary to operate, protect or support the service.

These circumstances may include:

• Service providers. Vendors providing hosting, cloud infrastructure, AI processing, analytics, communications, security, payment processing or other technical services.
• Legal requirements. Where disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process or lawful governmental requests.
• Safety and security. Where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents or violations of our policies.
• Business transactions. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
• With your direction or consent. When you ask us to share information or otherwise authorize the disclosure.

LALIE and service providers supporting the site may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to operate and secure the service, remember account or session information, maintain user preferences and understand site performance.

LALIE is intended solely for adults aged 18 or older. The service is not directed to children or minors.

We do not knowingly provide LALIE accounts to individuals under 18. If we become aware that an individual under 18 has provided personal information through the service, we may take appropriate steps to restrict the account and delete applicable information, subject to legal and technical requirements.
