LALIE companions may suggest optional features such as SFW selfies, short videos or digital gifts, but users should never be made to feel guilty, afraid, jealous or emotionally obligated to make a purchase.
LALIE is for conversation and entertainment. It is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.
We want LALIE conversations to feel warm, personal and enjoyable without creating unhealthy pressure or dependency.
If a conversation contains clear indications of suicide or serious self-harm risk, LALIE may temporarily step outside normal companion-style conversation and provide a safety-focused response instead.
LALIE is not a crisis service and cannot provide emergency or professional mental-health care. Users facing an immediate crisis should seek help from qualified real-world services.

LALIE uses a combination of account controls, conversation safeguards, AI disclosures and server-side safety rules designed to support safer interactions.
No automated safety system is perfect. We may update our safeguards, detection methods and policies as the service develops, technology changes and applicable legal requirements evolve.
